altered file folder

for the month of february, we at artzdescrap would like to share with you all our interpretation of an altered file...

i bought this plastic file folder at national bookstore and ...

painted the surface with gesso first...

then with acrylic paint...

i also thought of mixing the whole scene with radiant rain to make it shimmer... and kinda distressed...

FINAL PRODUCT

i just love the matte medium of Studio!!! you can use it for attaching/adhering embellishments like metals and paper! anything!!!...

i also decided to use my stamps!! they have been sitting and hiding in my cabinet for quite some time already.
