for the month of august at artzdescrap, we will be having our very own TIMI MERCADO as our inspirational scrapper. she did a tremendously wonderful idea with toilet tubes ( which we usually and always throw away!). in this tutorial ( click here), she created various pieces of art with toilet tubes.
