altered love tin

this altered love tin was featured at the ready set create e-zine last april 8, 2008.

i used the ff:

small tin can with cover ( pastilles can from bangkok) supposedly to be thrown away; glaze paints from MM ruby red.

just coat or paint the tin can. i did not sand anymore and so i had a hard time gliding the glaze to solid color.

for the base, i also used MM glaze amethyst. same concept, paint in many coatings.

after coating the base with glaze, let dry and spray with radiant rain.

apply crackle paint on the cover. my fave!

order of crackle.

for the final process, i stamped on the prima flower to add texture and effects . inking the flower seems like a good idea too!

cut 4 pieces of patterned cs into circles. attach chipboard letters L O V E on each circle. you can stickle the edges of the circles to add sparkle.

dab your cs with radiant rain on the other side of it and write your thoughts on love based on each letter.
enjoy! you can also use square tin cans with square cardstocks.
thanks for reading!
